Our story
ibirl grew from a simple observation: Indian SMEs often have the products and ambition to succeed globally, but lack practical knowledge of Nordic/Baltic markets. At the same time, many graduates are eager to build careers in research and business development, yet struggle to find structured, international exposure.
We designed ibirl to address both sides. Through a research-led, outcome-focused model, we connect SMEs, students and institutes in a way that benefits everyone involved.
